01

Before work begins

A cancellation request received before technical work, licensing or third-party costs begin may be reviewed after deducting non-recoverable processing costs.

02

Setup and custom work

Setup, data migration, training and custom development become non-refundable to the extent that work has been completed or resources have been committed.

03

Software licenses

A license that has been delivered, activated or made available is generally not refundable except where mandatory law or a confirmed material defect requires another outcome.

04

Cloud subscriptions

Future renewal can be cancelled before the next billing period. Used subscription periods, hosting and completed setup are generally not refunded.

05

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, messaging, APIs and other third-party charges are subject to the provider’s own terms and may be non-refundable.

06

How to request a review

Send a written request to the official email with the quotation or invoice reference, reason and payment details. Review begins after all required information is received.

07

Applicable rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Egyptian consumer protection law or other applicable rules.
